Name in Tradition

 Naming Traditions

Hello, this is second my blog..

1. Mexico

Naming customs in Mexico are different, when a woman is married, she uses her maiden name and adds her husband's name after the word de. after marrying Tino Martinez, her name Maria Gonzales changed to Maria de Gonzales. When he gives birth to his children, the name will be given in the order of his name such as the name given, the name of the father's family, and the name of the mother's family. The son of Tino and Maria is Anita, whose name is Anita Tino Gonzales.

2.Japan

Japan is an archipelago in East Asia. It is located at the western end of the Pacific Ocean, east of the Sea of Japan, and is adjacent to the People's Republic of China, Korea and Russia. The northernmost islands are in the Sea of Okhotsk, and the southernmost region is a group of small islands in the East China Sea, precisely south of Okinawa, which is neighboring Taiwan.
In Japan, girls will be given names that describe the value held by the family. For example, Kiyiko (meaning clean child), Nayako (obedient child), or Yoshiko (good child). While boys' names tend to describe their position in the family. For example, Ichiro means "first child", and Jiro means "second child". As with the tradition of giving names to children in China and Korea, people in Japan also bear the family name behind the name given.

2. Indonesia

Indonesia is a country that has a variety of characteristics that are very diverse ranging from language, culture, customs, religion, and the tradition of giving names to children is very different from other regions. Some tribes in Indonesia use the family name system. Like the tribes in North Sumatra, the Ambonese tribe in the Moluccas, and the Arab descent in Indonesia. While the tribes on the island of Java did not use the system, except the nobles. In Bali, even more unique. Child names are adjusted to caste, gender, and birth order. however, in Indonesia today the naming is no longer rooted in tradition. because at this time, more and more parents are choosing names from Western countries or religious ones.

4. Turkey

Every nation has a custom and a naming tradition. Giving names to children is an important aspect of cultural, social and religious issues. The name given when the baby is born, reflects lifestyle, mindset and social order. In Turkish culture, names are believed to have an effect on the human personality. The word that most people hear is their name. The name given to the child is believed to reflect the nature, feelings, thoughts, behavior, future, and success of the owner of the name. This belief also affects the selection and naming.
As an Islamic state, Turkey identically named babies with Islamic names like Muhammet (Muhammad). No less popular are the names of wives or children of prophets such as Ayse (Ayesha) and Fatma (Fatimah). The names of other prophets are also not less widely used, among others, Isa, Ishmael, Abraham and Joseph.
Many also named their son Mustafa. Mustafa himself is the founder of the Republic of Turkey whose full name is Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Therefore, many secular parents call their children so. But then, when the revolution takes place, leftist parents have their own choice to name their child. They named his son Ozgur which means Free or Devrim which means revolution. In the mid 70's, the names of heroes were chosen as the names of their children.
As for residents who live on the edge of the city and have many children, their child's name has a pretty funny meaning. There are those who call their children Dursun which means enough (don't add more children). As for girls, parents like to take from the names of flowers such as Gul which means rose.

Everyone will surely get married in time with their destined partner. whether when that time will come for me, and giving a name to my child later it's not easy.

If I have a baby boy I will give the name Alfandy Rifqy Rasyid which means a boy who has a high position with intelligence and a gentle heart. And if a baby girl I will give the name Jasmine Callista Maharani which means beautiful queen like a flower.

Morethan, I also like the english name. if for men like Jack, John and William. and for women like Catherine, Angel, and Elisabeth.

Honestly, I have never had a feeling of wanting to change my name. Even though many have the name Sarah, and every level of school I always find the same name as me, for me it doesn't make me feel sad. Because my name is a very valuable gift from my parents. And I also feel happy with my name because it has a very beautiful meaning. "Sarah" which means the wife of a prophet ibrahim and "Azizah" which means Majesty. Every parent must have good hopes for his child later. so I feel very happy with my name. We will later become parents as well for our children later, not to choose the wrong name for our children later because the name will also affect the attitude and behavior of a child.
