Review Book "The Third Door" Step 5 (Chapter 25-35)

STEP 5
Take The Third Door
Chapter Twenty Five
The Holy Grail: Part I

A Bill Gates developed Microsoft became the most valuable company in 1998, and made it the richest person in the country. Bill's way of spending his wealth by helping to reduce the infant mortality rate by half. When he sits with Gates, he must have stronger, shocking and life-changing insights. For him, the holy cup is a living truth, breathing. That is what motivates him, so he has overcome such a difficult obstacle for 2 years. And tomorrow, he will not waste that opportunity.

Chapter Twenty Six
The Holy Grail: Part II

Bill Gates praised him with pride because he knew the names of the people he interviewed. And he only had 45 minutes to be with Bill Gates and he started with how Bill Gates started his first business. Gates doesn't want to be paid in cash, he wants something more valuable, namely position strategies. It's better to make a deal that makes you fair today than you get more deals on the road than many things that make you unprepared in any way. The take away is very clear: choose a long-term position for short-term profits. When everything feels right, and everything is over. 45 minutes has run out.
Chapter Twenty Seven
The Third Door
Two month later, the storage closet
He has been so obsessed with his dreams, he has been blind seeing how he can meet. Bakhakn, he had dug himself into a hole so deep that Bill Gates could not pull it back. He should learn the danger of persistence in learning. He has interviewed Bill Gates, he thought after interviewing a Bill Gates everything would fall in place. But nothing has changed and nothing has improved. Everyone he interviewed has treated life, business, and success in the same way. And there are always 3 ways: there is a main entrance, where lines are curved around the block and that's where 99% of people wait, and hope to enter. Then, the second door, the door to enter the VIP. And that's where the billionaires, celebrities and people who are born into it will escape. And finally, there will always be a third door, the entrance where you have to jump out in a line, then walk along the people, bang on the door hundreds of times even others.
Chapter Twenty Eight
Redefening Success
One month later, Los Angeles
After that he plans to interview Steve Wozniak, one of Apple's founders, who built one of his personal computers empty-handed. The best part was that he didn't have the same problem he faced when he interviewed a Bill Gates. Wozniak said to him, "when I was little, I had 2 goals for my life. The first is to create something with techniques that change the world. The second is to live my life in my own way. "And Wozniak shared stories about himself and Steven jobs.

Chapter Twenty Nine
Staying an Intern

Three weeks later,Miami, Florida
The mission starts to change and he can't be happier. After he interviewed Wozniak, he interviewed someone named Pitbull. He shared stories about his story, after graduating from school and surviving the world of drug trafficking, it was time for him to understand the opportunity and really focus. number 1 is the main thing for him: understanding the opportunities that you have. he knows that if he wants to make money, he must write music. So he just started writing rhymes, and he didn't know about the recording. he also realized that the key to the success of a pitbull was always about an internship. About lowering your envy is enough to learn, even when you are at the peak of your game. It is about knowing that you feel comfortable being an executive when you start failing ... it's about realizing that, if you want to become Mufasa, at the same time you have to remain Simba.

Chapter Thirty
The Collision

Two weeks later, San Fransisco
He interviewed so many people, he realized that all he interviewed were all men. even he felt surprised at himself and just thought that many of his female friends if he wanted to interview women. he thinks too, is a man like him?

Chapter Thirty One
Turning Darkness into Light

He also interviewed Maya Angelo in just 15 minutes, because at that time he just left the hospital. he channeled his experience into waves of art in American culture. He became a dancer, writer, poet, professor, film director, and civil rights activist in collaboration with Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X. He wrote more than 20 books. There is an expression created by Maya Angelo called the rainbow "in the cloud." The idea is that everything in your life is dark and cloudy, and there is no hope that the biggest feeling is seen when you find customers in the cloud. " "Don't narrow your life. I'm eighty-five and I just started! My life will be short, no matter how long. You have to keep working." he was very grateful for interviewing him because almost exactly a year after that happened Maya Angelo died.

Chapter Thirty Two
Sitting Down with Death

Many celebrities who are the mirror of their lives are on the top of the mountain. but Alba, creating a business at its lowest point. He has a sense of humanity, creates something like everyone. that's the key to climbing the top of the second mountain. Part of the Leader is the soul of entrepreneurship, where if the door is closed you have to think about how you can still enter? You have to find out how to do it, and you only need to think about it with common sense. No matter how reasonable or not, the most important thing is that you have to keep coming in somehow. that's all about the best people in here. It's all about the third door.

Chapter Thirty Three
                                             The Impostor
He lives with 2 spells: one, if you don't ask, you won't understand. And two, most things don't go well. "Elliot helped and sent an e-mail to Mark ZuckBerg (Qi Lu). What made him feel worse was that the mind would scold Qi Lu. After months passed, what killed him the most about this failure was a lack of closure, a part of him that he felt he didn't have a good strategy, but part of the others he didn't know was not important, even if it was only one minute meeting, Qi Lu considered him. all he can do is take 2 forward zones to the end zone, but he still feels doubtful.

Chapter Thirty Four
The Greatest Gift

He had failed to meet Zuckberg, then he became thinking again and felt very failed that he had failed in interviewing Bill Gates. His journey is very sad and very long, that's his fault. After that he interviewed Quincy, then he told the whole story of his life. Quincy made him realize that he had spent his entire life in the past 5 years always looking. And now he feels devastated. It feels like one stage of his life has been closed and a new one has begun.

Chapter Thirty Five
Getting In the Game

Three month later, Austin, Texas
Then he interviewed Lady Gaga, Genius was the opposite of hope, and now that makes sense, whether it's music or clothes, gaga is always against expectations. When his mind continues to develop a quote appears in his mind. "This is our choice that shows what is really, far from our abilities." the message contained in the quote is "the basic lesson I interviewed during the interview." Everyone has the power to make small choices so they can change their lives. You can choose to give inertia and wait in line for the first door or you can choose to jump out of line. and take the third door. we all have that choice. When you change the mindset that you believe in, you will change the impossible to be possible.

Review Book "The Third Door" Part 4 (Chapter 18-24)

STEP 4
Trudge Through The Mud
Chapter Eighteen

He rewrote the book proposal and only slept 3 or 4 hours a night. Then he immediately sent the email to the chief of staff Bill Gates, and he succeeded. After he got the answer 'congratulations', however, after that there was no more answer from the chief of staff and made me feel a failure and despair. Elliot got me up again, I just thought that he knew Buffett's son and immediately contacted him. After meeting Buffen's son, he agreed to the mission.

Chapter Nineteen
Grandpa Warren

Buffett is the most successful investor in history and the second richest person in America, but he doesn't live in New York. He tells a secret to being rich. He also told me everything about the beginning of nature going through business until he achieved that success. After the length of time he listens to his life journey, he becomes remembering someone who is always always helping him and his friends when they are in trouble. Buffet is very obsessive, studying in every word, looking for clues and views in his life is by reading footnotes.

Chapter Twenty
The Motel 6

Finally he got an answer that made him happy, Buffet had agreed to be interviewed as he requested. He immediately printed ten quotes, one of which was "The most difficult way to try just one more time." - Thomas Edisson Dai sent him to Buffet, and he was refused. He also felt devastated after receiving an email from Buffet. He also sent another email to Buffett's assistant, but it still didn't work because Buffett already had another timetable. He also felt desperate for what he had done for 6 months just the rejection he got. and when he saw his friend who was so happy living his life, he only felt a failure at that time.

Chapter Twenty One
Frog Kissing

He just kept quiet and felt empty of the life he experienced. Kamen explained to him then likened to kissing a lot of frogs but had not made progress, he could only retreat and introspect on himself whether what he had done so far was correct? So the second tip is good: "You have to kiss one of them, but don't try to kiss every frog maybe. First, find out all kinds of frogs, then see what each type of frog will smell like? "Kaem said to him like that.

Chapter Twenty Two
The Shareholders Meeting

   Three weeks later, Omaha, Nebraska
He also attended one of the events which was also attended by Buffett, he gave questions to Buffet and the buffet answered. He told Kevin about the avoidance list, all the stories about buffets and about his stories Buffet. He also wondered whether it was a Buffet or not? Because Buffett just can't find out about the Examination List.

Chapter Twenty Three
Mr. King

He and Kevin still felt suspicious of Buffets. He felt like he had been betrayed, he felt he had been hurt. He had trusted someone, however, someone had betrayed him with his dishonesty, with his lies. His problem was that he felt desperate to get to Buffet, so he ignored everything. The lessons are very clear that he can take, namely: despair, and clogging up intuition. He asked Larry about the secret to interviewing someone, then he said, "The secret is: There is no secret." "There is no trick to being myself."
Chapter Twenty Four
The Final Bullet

Four weeks later, Long beach, California
He also emailed the chief of staff again to request a meeting, then the chief of staff agreed with the agreement. When he waited for an hour, the chief of staff didn't come, then he tried to call Wendy, and he told him that the chief of staff had been waiting for him but he didn't come, and he was wrong. aa 2 bars in 1 lobby and he also had the opportunity to talk in the car because the chief of staff would immediately go to the airport. He met Richard Saul Wurman, and he said "You want to know the secret to changing the world? Stop trying to change it. Do great work and let your work change the world ". "You won a significant significant life until you come to the epiphany that you know nothing. You’re still too cocky. You think you can learn anything. You think you can speed up the process. "" How does one become successful? You will get the same answer if you ask that for any other older, wiser, and more successful people: you have to want to do it very, very badly "

My Experience in Reading Other People's Blogs

Reading is an experience that is very useful for the reader. Because by reading someone can get broader insights about what he doesn't know yet, by reading also someone will get motivation and inspiration for the reader. Therefore, here I will explain my experience in reading 5 of my friends' blogs.

The first, can know broader insights. because if I didn't know about anything before, after reading blogs from my friends, I became aware of what I didn't know.

The second, can get to know new friends. By reading blogs from my friends, I can get to know other friends besides my classmates.

The third, adds motivation and inspiration. can make me more aware of how I motivate and inspire myself by reading these blogs.

The experience that I have gotten from reading other people's blogs, will have many benefits in reading other people's blogs, making myself more aware of all things and becoming more active in getting what we want.

Then he wrote a journal, and wrote an e-mail to Elliot Bisnow about how to add momentum. He told me everything he had tried to achieve what he wanted to send an e-mail to Eliot Bisnow, and Elliot Bisnow immediately answered his e-mail by bringing good news, he was reported by Elliot Bisnow as willing to be interviewed and met by him. Because the best cure for nervousness is immediate action ". immediate action is part of Elliot's life. With hard work, in ten years he could sell his first 10 advertisements. CHAPTER THIRTHEEN
Exponential Life

He didn't think would he be able to work on the pickles in just a month? He had learned, that he had to look for it until he found it, even if he might fail, he would not get perfect planets. When you have found your chance, it's up to you to jump or not. " "You can see people who live their lives linearly. They go to college, internship, graduate, then get a job. They run everything in stages. Their lives are moving slowly and predictably. " "But successful people aren't like that, they have an exponential life. They will get experience that many years ago will get what they want."

There was one person named Aasif who was also asking about how to get motivation to write a book and ask Tony for advice, he also listened. Tony said "The ego is not very healthy, but worse is to have it and lie to yourself that you don't like it. Before you start thinking about marketing tactics, be aware of what motivates you below the surface. Don't judge a motivation as 'good' or 'bad'. Just ask yourself why you did what you did. Choosing the right tactic is easy once you know your final destination. "

Chapter Seventeen
It’s All Gray

Bill Gates was never dropped out of school, he only took 1 semester in his first year to work full time at Microsoft. The truth is never black and white. It's gray. Everything is gray. Review Book "The Third Door" Part 2 ( Chapter 4 - Chapter 7 )

STEP 2
Run Down The Alley

CHAPTER 4
The Spielberg Game

With my list in hand, I charged straight to the stroge closet, sat behind my desk, and flipped open my laptop. But as I stared at the screen, a cold, empty feeling ran through me. My only thought was…Now that? Only later would I learn how pivotal these moments are for anyone who sets out to start something new. Many times the hardest past about achieving a dream isn’t actually achieving it- it’s stepping through your fear of the unknown when you don’t have a plan. Having a teacher or boss tell you what to do makes lifes a lot easier. But nobody achieves a dream from the comfort of certainly. Because I didn't know how to get the interview, I finished my interview by asking for advice by sending emails to adults I knew. I also contacted professors, friends, parents or whoever I would meet and would later be put together together. One of the first people to agree to my advice was an administrator who worked at USC. When I recalled the previous moments, it made me feel embarrassed to have made a mistake. Because of that, nervousness made my body weak. my nervousness made me nervous when I wanted to say, it felt like my legs were not strong enough to stand up when I saw Spielberg. However, before I started Spielberg had gone to meet his colleagues. I felt relieved and immediately headed to the bathroom to relieve my thoughts and my nervousness.

CHAPTER 5
Crouching in the Bathroom

When I woke up in the morning, the dean's voice that kept me in my ears made me feel still very upset. So I dragged myself to the storage cabinet and looked at the shelves in the closet for inspiration. I also found a book entitled The 4-Hour Workweek by the Ferris team. It is a book given by brandon. I took it and read it, and when I read on the first page, it made me want to read it deeper because of the words that made me so attractive. Chapter four had a passage so powerfull it felt like Tim Ferris whacked my “What do I want to do with my life?” “What do you want?” is too imprecise to produce a meaningful and actionable answer forget about it. “What are your goals?” is similary fated for confusion and guesswork. To rephrase the question, we need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. What is the opposite of happiness?Sadness? No. Just as love and hate are two sides of the same coin, so are happiness and sadness… the opposite of love is indifference, and the opposite of happiness is here’s the clincher boredom. Excitement is the more practical synonym for happiness, and it is precisely what you should strive to chase. It is the cure all. When pople suggest you follow your “passion” or you “bliss” I propose that they are, in fact, referring to the same singular concept: excitement.
As I was going through the book a second time, I noticed something on the dedication page that I hadn’t caught at first. 10% of all author royalties are donated to educational not for profits, including Donoorschoose.org. I used my price is right money to bookmy plane ticket. I was so excited I even went to Niketown and bought a jet-black duffel bag for my travels. I packed it up the morning of the conference, and as I was running out the door, I grabbed a onorsChoose gift card from the top of the stack, slipped it in my pocket, and took off.

CHAPTER 6
Qi Time

Steve jobs once said, “ you can’t connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future” Those word couldn’t have applied more to the buseniss conference where I met cessar. Qi Lu grew up in rural village was so poor that people suffered deformities from malnutrition. There were hundreds of kids, but only one schoolteacher. At age twenty-seven dollars a money he’d ever earned seven dollars a month. Fast forward twenty years : he’s president of online services at Microsoft.i just threw my hands up and asked “how did you do it?”
Qi smiled humbly and said that when he was a kid he wanted to be a shipbuilder. He was too scrawny topass the weight requirement, which forced him to focus on his studies. He got into Fudan University, a top college in Shanghai, where he majored in computer science and it was there he had a realization that changed his life. He began thinking about time, particulary the amount of time he felt hewasted in bed. He was sleeping eight hours a night, but then he realized that one thing in life doesn’t change: whether you’re a rice farmer or the president of the United States, you only get twenty four hours in a day. “In some ways,” Qi said, “You can say God is fair to everybody. The questions is: Will you use God’s gift the best you possibly can?” He readabout notable people in history who’d reengineered their sleep patterns and set out to create his own system. First he cut one hour of sleep, then another, and another. At one point, he was down to a single hours a night. He forced himself awake with ice-cold showers, but he wasn’t able to sustain it. Eventually he found that the least sleep he could optimally function on was four hours a night. To this day, he hasn’t slept in since. “It’s like driving a car,” Qi told me. “If you always drive at sixty five miles per hour, it doesn’t wear and tear the car that much. But if you speed up and slam the brakes often, that wears the engine down.”  “Luck is like a bus,” he told me. “If you miss one, there’s always the next one. But if you’re not prepared, you won’t be able to jump on.”

CHAPTER 7
The Hidden Reservoir

Finally, my email was answered by Bill Gates's office, but the bil gates refused him to be interviewed. I rushed to send another email to the people I had listed in my notes. and I also got someone who wanted to be interviewed, he was very happy to receive it and seemed to be my closest friend. When the autumn days arrived, I felt even more desperate because of the many rejections I received. But there was one person who made me change, making me a non-wasteful person and always thanking God for him, because he might have saved the mission. and if you know the world of sportsmen, surely you know a Sugar Ray, a world champion boxer who has won 6 times. he is usually called the slippery artist in the fastest punching at the 1976 Olympics. And he also told all the stories, how he could succeed now. He also told me, "How many times have people told you, you can't interview these people? How many times did they say, 'Impossible?" Don't let your dreams become impossible, when you have a vision, you have to stay on the flight, it will get there, but you have to keep pushing. You must continue to fight. You must use your Hidden Reservoir. it will be easy, but it's possible.

Biology books are like haunting me every day, because the longer I'm afraid to open it, but I also think more about my parents. my future plan is to become a doctor. I have never been the smartest child in school, but I have always been consistent with my duties because it is my redeemer. that's how I found my identity. I could only lie down and stare at the ceiling. I always come to campus to get answers, but still the ones that arise are the many questions. what really attracted me? What exactly is the direction I want? and what do I want to do for my life? I am getting lazy to do my assignments, but I think about how my parents are because they sacrificed themselves so much for my school. I try not to be lazy and do it. when I got a USC acceptance letter, my mother told me to be unable to attend the event. my family is not a family that is poor and not a rich family. like any other family our family lives a double life. the only reason my mother came to USC was because before the registration day, my father talked all night with my mother until my mother's eyes filled with tears. and she said that he would do everything for his children's needs. the ceiling remained silent. I was excited about myself to be active in learning. because the only thing I want is to study. because my parents sacrificed everything. then I went to the library and tried to read and imagine the success of a Bill Gates. think about what the bill gates reached the peak of Mount Everest. and finally makes me think and feel scared. "how did he take his first step to reach the top of Mount Everest? after I tried to go to the library many times, but still. I got nothing from the many books I read. I only get bare hands. how can they launch their careers? if no one has written what I dreamed of reading, why don't I just write my own dreams? that's what I thought at the age of 18. it turns out it's not just me who wants answers and looks at the ceiling. then I run the idea with my friends. And what I have in mind is how can I complete this mission and get it done? why not call Bill Gates and interview him or something else. but all I have in mind is, if I interview him I don't have a lot of money and can't pay the people I interviewed. and I have to be able to do it another way.

CHAPTER 2
The Price Is Right

Finally I went to the USC event. I just came for the first time. many people who took part in the event, I studied business administration in the program. I showed 8 prices. if I choose correctly, then the gift of a hot tub for 4,912 dollars will be mine. and he explained that the three of us who would win the round would spin the wheel. There were twenty numbers above it. every multiple of five, up to a hundred. Anyone who lands on the highest number will advance to the final round. If someone turns one hundred perfectly then he will win an extra cash prize. Music has begun and it's time for me to run into my position. I will compete with Mom Jeans and Woo Girl. Mom became the first wheeler and he got 80 points. After that it was my turn to become a wheel player and I got 85 points. It made me and the audience surprised. Woo Girl was the last turn to turn the wheel, and he got the number 55. I was surprised that I was the winner. however, I am still struggling again to win it. I was gathered by a group of people who had won as well as myself. He was named Tanisha, he seemed to have ruined my life because he had won a set of dollars worth a thousand dollars, a trip with ten thousand dollars to Japan, and he spun the wheel gets the perfect 100. When I guess the price of 30,000 dollars. and the retail price is 31,188 dollars. I have won Tanisha with 145 dollars. how hysterical I was when I learned that I was a lottery winner and could beat Tanisha. who is superior to me.

CHAPTER 3
The Strorage Closet

I also sold my sailboat to others. And I bought Chipotle and guacamole to my friends. But after the holiday I have to go back to school for a spring. At that time I wanted to type a message to my parents via email, I wanted to let them know that I wanted to move majors from premed to majoring in business. if for other people moving majors is something big, but for me it's not a big thing. However, my parents really wanted me to become a doctor after graduating from school. If I send a message to them like that, I feel like I have destroyed their big dreams. I finally sent the message, because my mother didn't reply to my message and didn't pick up my phone, finally I went home. I apologize to my mother, because I want what they don't want. I never knew how I lived a business life and I also didn't know how I supported myself. my mother said "you will never know how you should start in another country, all I know is that if you become a doctor someday, then you will be able to be someone's savior wherever you are. Adventure is not a career, because you will not can ever repeat time. " Then, I told my grandmother everything. because my grandmother is to me like my second mother. However, my grandmother turned out to be on my side too, my grandmother said, "your mother is right, your mother is like that because she doesn't want you to feel what you feel. If you take the current course you want, then if you revolutionize, you lose money or even You can lose your business, but if you become a doctor, they won't be able to take what you know. " then, I promised my grandmother to get an MBA and I would finish my undergraduate degree. finally my grandmother will try to talk to my mother. Furthermore, I still think how I continue my mission. I talked with my friends and invited them to meet me in the storage room. come Ryan, Corwin, Kevin, Brandon and Andre that night, we sit on the floor and brainstorm. If we get our dream university, then who will be the professor? I also answered maybe Bill Gates who would teach business, or a Lady Gaga who taught music or something else. after we sat for half an hour, finally my friends finally returned to their homes. I also wrote the name on the index card and kept it in my wallet to motivate. I will also make sure to interview each of them at the end of summer, fuel. I will soon find myself, I probably will never start. but that is a positive side of being naive.

Synopsis of “THE THIRD DOOR"

Tittle: The Third Door
Author: Alex Banayan
Publisher: Penguin Random LLC, New York
Year of Published : 2018

Alex Banayan was supposed to become a medical doctor. That was the plan his parents had for him as they made sure he made it to pre-med studies at the University of Southern California. When Banayan realized he didn’t share that dream, he chose to take his life in a dramatically different direction.
In his new book, The Third Door: The Wild Quest to Uncover How the World’s Most Successful People Launched Their Careers, Banayan recounts how he managed to win a sailboat on the game show The Price Is Right. Selling that boat for $16,000 gave him the funds to undertake a journey of discovery.

In Search of the Holy Grail of Advice
The author undertakes a mission to interview as many successful people as he can in order to understand how they got their start in life. Bill Gates remains the elusive white whale through much of Banayan’s journey, but he succeeds in interviewing an amazing list of business and media celebrities.
Fascinating one-on-one interviews with such icons as Maya Angelou, Jane Goodall, Larry King, Steve Wozniak, Quincy Jones, Sugar Ray Leonard, Lady Gaga and, eventually, Bill Gates, lead the author to a realization that their stories all have one thing in common: They all took the Third Door.
Banayan compares a successful journey in life to gaining access to a popular nightclub. Most people will dutifully wait in line at the main entrance –– the First Door. The Second Door is the VIP entrance reserved for billionaires and celebrities. For the truly aspirational people who are seeking to change the world, there is a secret Third Door.
Finding the location of this door and gaining access requires a five-step process:
Ditch the Line. You must be willing to step away from whatever life plan others have for you and take full responsibility for your own destiny. Bill Gates was supposed to become a Harvard-educated lawyer when he and high-school friend Paul Allen dropped out in their sophomore years to join the computer revolution.

Run Down the Alley. Whether it’s bluffing your way into a USC Film School event to try and get an interview with Steven Spielberg (failed) or messaging Tim Ferriss’ assistant 31 times pleading for an interview (succeeded), you have to be prepared to go the extra mile.

Find Your Inside Man. Identify the appropriate chief of staff, executive assistant, gatekeeper or network contact who can make an introduction. Otherwise, you’re a complete stranger who will quickly get lost in the daily pile of requests.

Trudge Through the Mud. Banayan’s persistence in pursuing Bill Gates finally pays off, but he learns just as much from failed attempts to book interviews with Steven Spielberg, Mark Zuckerberg and Warren Buffett. The journey to success can be much longer and messier than you first imagined.

Take the Third Door. With enough persistence and momentum, the Third Door can often appear when you least expect it. After unsuccessfully pursuing Lady Gaga’s manager for over a year, Banayan is introduced to "Matt," who set up Gaga’s online social network. The introduction to Matt gives him the connection to Gaga, and the journey continues.
Banayan concludes his journey with some introspection. Learning the real stories of these icons gave him valuable material to share with a larger audience, but it was his own journey of self-discovery and his growth as an individual that proved to be the greatest gift.
The Third Door tells the adventurous story of how Alex Banayan managed to win on The Price Is Right, which funded a journey around the globe. The purpose of that journey was to discover how successful people got their start in life. The result is an entertaining and informative exposé on how and why people choose to pursue success.

System Education

COMPARISON OF EDUCATION SYSTEMS IN RUSSIAN COUNTRIES WITH INDONESIAN COUNTRIES

Education is an effort that must be developed by humans to develop the quality of human self and build the character of a person based on a norm in religion, law, social, culture, philosophy and others. Therefore education is a very important thing in this world, if not implanted from small they will be very losers. Every country must have an education system, in order to improve and maintain their advantages from generation to generation. Russia is the largest country in the world. Russia is the largest country in the world. The area is about twice the territory of the PRC (China; China), Canada or the United States. The population, ranked seventh in the world after China, India, the United States, Indonesia, Brazil and Pakistan. However, the education system in Indonesia is still not well implemented. When compared to other countries, the quality of Indonesian human resources is among the lowest in education. Therefore education in Indonesia must be immediately improved so that the superiority of its values can be better than other countries. There are several comparisons of the education system in the Russian State with the State of Indonesia, among them the education system in Russia includes kindergartens, secondary schools, "gymnasiums" (a kind of secondary school with a broader curriculum), vocational schools and schools, and universities .

The first, the pre-school education starts from the age of 1-3 years, pre-school in Russia is usually called the play group. After that proceed with kindergarten (TK) for ages 3-6 years. This education is not like school, and is organized by the region or local government. Some regions such as Moscow take the policy to finance this preschool education. But in 2004, the Russian Central Government adopted a policy to provide assistance to the regions to conduct this pre-school education free of charge.
The second, in secondary education began at the age of 6 years, the government organized for compulsory education at this age. Primary education lasts for 9 years with two levels, namely 4 years of primary school and 5 years of primary high school. Primary school (in Indonesia at elementary level) is a basic education that must be carried out by every child, as elementary education in Indonesia the curriculum taught is a basic skill. Similarly, the main secondary education (junior high school level in Indonesia) kurikuljm also still leads to general and basic things).
The thirth, students can proceed to complete secondary and vocational education, after completing the foundation and students have two choices. Do you want to continue secondary or vocational education? Secondary Complete education which is carried out for 2 years and graduates get a Certificate and can continue to Higher Education. Men vs Women

"Men Are From Mars And Women Are From Venus"

Women and men are very different, not only from different physical aspects. there are still many different things in women and men. Therefore I will explain how the differences are between them. With an illustration of a quarrel that is common between men and women, Dr. John Gray explained the emergence of these differences between the two sexes that interfere with the creation of complementary love relationships. Based on his success in giving years of guidance to married couples and individuals, he advises on how to overcome differences in relationships.

Once upon time, a mars met a venus. They fall in love and eventually establish a relationship because they respect each other and accept what they are in accordance with the differences they have. However, when they arrived on planet earth, they suffered from amnesia. They experience very strange amnesia, everything they have learned about themselves has disappeared from their memory. Even they forget that they also come from different planets. And since that day they have been in conflict.

1. This section explains how men and women face pressure. If a man is going to be indifferent and wants to be alone, the woman on the contrary he always wants to talk about the problem. and that becomes a big problem for both. When a man gives him attention, women instead move away from him. Whereas when a woman talks about her problem, a woman will make him seem to be a troublemaker in that matter.

”One of the biggest differences between men and women is how they deal with pressure. Men are increasingly focused and withdrawn, while women become increasingly overwhelmed and emotionally involved.” - page 21

2. The author likens men like rubber bands. When they stay away, women don't understand and try to approach men to find out the problem. And women also punish men because they stay away from themselves. And that makes men uncomfortable.

“This cycle is approaching, withdrawing, then approaching again.” - page 43

3. A woman's changing feelings make things go out of control when a woman begins to establish a relationship. There are things men must do and don't do. It's good for men not to feel guilty about this. But if a woman is experiencing a changeable feeling, he must always be by his side when he needs it, because she only wants to be listened to by her partner with all the feelings he wants to tell.

“When a woman's wave begins to tide, she feels she has a lot of love to give, but when she recedes she feels something empty inside her and needs to be filled with love. When it's completely empty, that's the time for emotional cleansing.” - page 56

4. Women will feel happy if they are loved and valued by their partners, they are also very happy when their partners always encourage with motivations that make them feel very capable.

“Women will feel motivated and feel capable when they feel loved.” - page 66

5. If a man will feel happy if his decision is highly valued by his partner and will feel happy always prioritized in any case.

“Men will feel motivated and feel capable when they feel needed.”page 72

6. When disputing, the initially calm conversation becomes out of control. Continue to fight until it uses words that hurt the couple. To avoid heartache due to quarrels, men and women must always communicate, that is a very important key. if they do not communicate with each other during a fight, their relationship can be destroyed just because they cannot control their emotions and selfishness.

“Communication is the most important element in a relationship, while contention is the most destructive element.” page 78

7. This is a very common thing between men and women. When dating, men of course love that women change it little by little, but believe it won't be the same when married.

“The secret of empowering a man is not trying to change it or fix it.” - page 90

8. No partner has a relationship there is no problem, each relationship must have a problem and have a way of how they can solve it properly. That love can be compared to the seasons. Spring like the two couples are having a very good relationship without the slightest problem, summer as both are experiencing trials in maintaining a relationship, and others like autumn and winter. At least when it has passed all the phases above, then we will realize the meaning of love which is likened to those seasons.

“Love is seasonal.” - page 122

Like that is part of the differences between men and women in a relationship. we must respect each other and love each other even though we are different in everything. a relationship will become harmonious if both partners are able to maintain the relationship when the storm arrives. even though we come from different planets, our dreams remain one. we really come from different backgrounds and different habits, but if we can fight for what we both feel, no matter how difficult it will be, there will be a way.
